Job Responsibility

Lead the refactor and governance of our Design System
Contribute as an embedded Product Designer within a squad
Audit and refactor existing components, tokens, and patterns into a coherent, scalable architecture
Build a multi-brand theming system
Define and implement the governance model
Partner with a dedicated DS Engineering team to ensure Figma–code parity
Drive adoption across squads through documentation, training, and health metrics
Lead design projects end-to-end from discovery to final specs
