Job Description

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Design Specialist (Contract) to join our client's dynamic real estate and facilities team. In this role, you will focus on the delivery of innovative design solutions that reflect brand and culture, prioritizing the production of high-quality deliverables that ensure all spaces are functional, sustainable, and aesthetically sound. Your passion for design and technical expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of workplace environments. This role will serve as a dedicated resource supporting design solutions and technical execution for retail refresh initiatives across a retail financial network.

Job Responsibility

  • Create all relevant construction and furniture documentation across all project stages
  • Apply established brand standards and specifications to ensure cost-effective execution
  • Champion a culture of quality by conducting regular audits and site visits
  • Uphold stakeholder relationships by ensuring design solutions address business needs
  • Monitor individual project timelines and quality standards while navigating technical challenges

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in workplace design
  • Significant progressive experience in design execution and production
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
  • Ability to apply retail financial design principles
  • Ability to integrate empathy-led design principles into technical drawings
  • Ability to transform business objectives and brand goals into physical environments
  • Proven capacity to build rapport with stakeholders, convey complex design information clearly, and embrace evolving organizational priorities
