Job Responsibility:

  • Drive personal vehicle to manage and crush 2-5 pre-scheduled sales appointments daily in designated territory
  • Generate substantial sales revenue by closing deals on appointments and diligently following up with customers who have received quotes
  • Meet monthly sales goals set by sales management
  • Stay up-to-date with progress of all post-sale tasks in CRM system while maintaining continuous communication with customers and collaborating with co-workers to ensure seamless and successful installation (including nights and weekends)
  • Work closely with inside sales team to help close deals with previously quoted customers
  • Occasionally venture beyond territory to lend a hand to another area in need
  • Live core values of collaboration, integrity, accountability, and efficiency
  • Expand territory beyond company-acquired appointments by fostering referrals, cultivating a network of influence, and building relationships with builders, contractors, and other key industry players

Requirements:

  • Track record of high achievements in sales
  • Preferred 1-3 years of in-home sales experience
  • Can lift and carry up to 40lbs
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Availability to work 5 days a week, including one weekend day
  • Reliable transportation
