Coordinate architects, engineers and specialist consultants throughout the design process. Manage budgets, programmes and project risk during pre-construction. Review design documentation to ensure quality, buildability and commercial viability. Facilitate Safety in Design workshops and manage statutory approvals. Develop strong client relationships that support repeat business and long-term partnerships. What we're looking for Non-Negotiables: Proven Design Management experience within New Zealand commercial construction. Strong understanding of commercial building design and project delivery. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams. Excellent commercial awareness, including budgeting and programme management. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills. Sound knowledge of the NZ Building Code and relevant construction standards. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
