We’re partnering with a leading signage and branded environments business to find an experienced Design Manager to join their creative studio team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior designer or studio leader to work fully remote within the United States, delivering high-impact signage solutions for well-known brands. As Design Manager, you’ll lead the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring all work aligns with client briefs, brand guidelines, timelines, and quality standards. You’ll play a key role in shaping design direction while supporting and mentoring a talented studio team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and oversee signage design projects from concept through to delivery
  • Translate client briefs into creative, technically sound design solutions
  • Ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and quality across all outputs
  • Produce detailed design work using Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator)
  • Create and review technical drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar)
  • Collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and production partners
  • Mentor and develop junior designers, fostering a collaborative studio culture

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within a signage or branded environments studio
  • Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator
  • Strong working knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino, or equivalent)
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
