Job Description:

The Design & Tendering Manager, is pivotal in delivering multi-utility designs for new housing developments across Scotland and Northern England. You will lead a team to provide innovative, cost-effective designs for gas, electric, water, and fibre networks, ensuring compliance and meeting customer expectations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver high customer satisfaction in the design and quotation processes
  • Innovate in design solutions to meet customer and internal requirements
  • Manage complex project quotations and designs
  • Conduct high-level customer interactions and site surveys
  • Lead and develop design teams, promoting employee engagement

Requirements:
