  • Coach and mentor designers through 1:1s, design reviews and development plans
  • Provide hands-on guidance on UX fundamentals (user research methods, assumption testing, interaction design principles)

  • Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation and customer empathy
  • Champion design thinking and user-centricity across the business
  • Take responsibility for our design system from strategic vision to hands-on execution
  • Design, build, document and maintain components, patterns and guidelines that enable our product teams to ship consistent, high-quality experiences
  • Collaborate directly with engineers to ensure correct implementation of design tokens, components and guidelines
  • Explore and integrate AI-powered tools that improve efficiency and maintain quality

Requirements

  • 7+ years of design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • 2+ years experience coaching/managing UX designers
  • Experience building design systems, including hands-on work (creating component libraries, writing comprehensive documentation, establishing governance frameworks)
  • Understanding of component architecture, design tokens, accessibility standards (WCAG) and ability to collaborate effectively with front-end engineers
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma including variables, component properties and advanced prototyping capabilities
  • Experience working in modern product environments with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English and a confident communicator

What we offer

  • Flexible benefits related to savings and security, health and well-being and lifestyle and leisure
  • Weekly 1:1s, personal development plans and dedicated training budget
  • Opportunity to develop into Head of Design as the company grows
