We're currently looking for a Design Lead, Nordic Healthcare for our office in Stockholm.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the visual brand identity and creative direction for Karo's Nordic healthcare portfolio, including brands such as ACO, Decubal, Flux, Miniderm and Paracet
  • Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistency and excellence across all consumer touchpoints and channels
  • Develop distinctive brand assets, visual systems and design frameworks that strengthen brand recognition and drive growth
  • Create and deliver high-quality design solutions across packaging, product innovation, digital, shopper marketing and communications
  • Drive strategic design thinking to support brand building, innovation and portfolio development
  • Lead packaging design projects, including portfolio architecture, structural packaging and new product launches
  • Bring a digital-first mindset to consumer experiences and content creation
  • Manage and inspire external agencies and internal creative resources to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards
  • Partner closely with Brand, Innovation, Operations and Artwork teams to ensure design quality from concept through production
  • Contribute to the development of Karo's global Design & Creative Centre of Excellence and help build a strong design culture across the organisation
  • Manage design budgets and support the continuous improvement of design processes, tools and capabilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Design Leadership, Design Management or Senior Brand Design roles within FMCG, consumer goods, healthcare, beauty, retail or similarly fast-paced industries
  • Strong expertise in brand design, creative direction and strategic design thinking
  • Experience creating integrated omnichannel consumer experiences across packaging, digital, shopper and communication touchpoints
  • Strong understanding of visual identity systems, brand guidelines and portfolio architecture
  • Hands-on design capability with advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related design tools
  • Experience managing agencies, creative partners and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Knowledge of packaging production, artwork development, print processes and supplier collaboration
  • Understanding of sustainable, inclusive and consumer-centric design principles
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to balance creativity, brand impact and business objectives
  • Highly proactive, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-growing international environment
  • Passion for building brands that improve consumers' everyday health
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across different markets and functions
  • Fluent in English
