Our partner is one of the largest global players in the energy industry and is looking for a Design Engineer for their manufacturing plant in Csepel.
Job Responsibility:
Mechanical design creation of medium and/or large power liquid immersed transformer products according to customer requirements and internal production technology criteria
Mechanical design of tanks and active parts for shopfloor documentation
Creation of technical drawings, bills of materials (BOM), and technical datasheets
Compliance with technical standards, publications, and industry regulations
Root cause and error analysis
Cross-functional collaboration with Technology, Production, Procurement, Quality, Sales, and Order Administration departments
Participate in technical meetings and support the development of international design rules and R&D efforts as needed
Requirements:
BSc or MSc degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineer degree, with experience of five or more years as a mechanical/electrical design engineer in the medium and/or large power liquid-immersed transformer industry
Minimum of five years of experience in medium and/or large power liquid immersed transformer mechanical design, including winding assembly and MV and LV connections elements
Ability to understand mechanical simulations and familiarity with International and other e.g. American and Canadian standards for transformers and their components
Confident English and/or German knowledge
Confident knowledge of standard office software (MS Office) and 3D (f.e: CREO) knowledge
Proactive individual with strong communication skills, showing curiosity about teamwork and experience collaborating with global teams and manufacturing partners

Ansys simulation program knowledge
Core clamping and /or tanks and/or cooling system (ONAN/KNAN/ONAF/KNAF/OFAF/KFAF)
