Responsibilities • Sound technical expertise in Electrical Engineering, knowledge of electrical and electronics components, preferably heavy engineering or automotive ... • Ability to understand machine level electrical schematic and its creation • Strong knowledge of harness (creation/updating), electrical components • Proficiency in AutoCAD • Ability to create BOM, wire list, connector table • Support on protoboard and troubleshoot the line issues on shop floor • Interacting with suppliers (Engine, harness, etc.) • Good English communication skill, both written and spoken, File and Data management • Added advantage if hands on 3D CAD tool • Excellent PC skills, including Excel and Word • Design Reviews: Participate in design reviews with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, address concerns, and iterate on designs to improve overall product quality. • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and design rationale, to ensure clear communication within the team and for future reference. • Creativity and innovative thinking. • Good English communication skill, both written and spoken. • Good Presentation and interpersonal skills 6. Key Deliverables Schematic and harness with AutoCAD Machine Troubleshooting Project Status updates to site 7. Education Graduate in Engineering, preferably Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or equivalent from a reputed college. Post Graduate qualification would be an added advantage. 8. Professional Experience Having relevant experience in the range of 3-6 Years. 9. Key Competencies Must Have: Nice to Have: Good Teamwork capabilities and Co-ordination with other teams. Hands on experience on vehicles or the end products electrical system Exposure to ECU/controllers and their integration Good automotive/off highway background. Hands on with MSOffice. Proactive, self-driven, and Flexible to work in office environment as well as Factory environment. 10. Physical Demands (e.g. % travel) Willing to travel overseas.
