Job Description:

The role involves supporting, consulting, and directing key stakeholders as a Design Coordinator, engaging in design management, coordination, and site visits. You will work in a hybrid environment from office, home, and site as part of a growing rental property developer in Greater Manchester.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting the development team with design management and coordination
reviewing drawings and specifications to ensure high quality, robust, and economical designs
engaging with stakeholders to meet design briefs and business requirements
assisting with document control, planning, and building control
attending site progress meetings and visits
assisting with the journey to net zero.

Requirements:

Eligible to live and work in the UK
ability to travel across the North of England
knowledge of document control, planning and building control
ability to review drawings and specifications
understanding of RIBA stages
strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
