Hunter Douglas is searching for driven, intelligent, creative, and entrepreneurial candidates to join SPF Screens & Awnings. The role involves transforming customers' outdoor spaces and contributing to becoming the fastest growing, most loved window covering company in the world.
Job Responsibility:
Drive personal vehicle to manage 2-5 pre-scheduled sales appointments daily in designated territory
Generate sales revenue by closing deals and following up with quoted customers
Meet monthly sales goals
Stay up-to-date with post-sale tasks in CRM
Maintain communication with customers and collaborate for successful installation
Work with inside sales team to close deals with previously quoted customers
Occasionally assist beyond designated territory
Live core values of collaboration, integrity, accountability, and efficiency
Expand territory through referrals, networking, and building relationships with builders, contractors, and industry players
Requirements:
Track record of high achievements in sales
Preferred 1-3 years of in-home sales experience
Can lift and carry up to 40lbs
Familiarity with CRM systems
Availability to work 5 days a week, including one weekend day
Reliable transportation
Compelling and engaging presentation skills
Professional in communication and presentation
