This position is dedicated to driving pre-sales and technical specification activities within the non-governmental public project market. You will focus on building relationships early in the design phase to ensure the company's product solutions are selected and specified by key decision-makers.
Job Responsibility
Map out and secure project specifications with interior designers, architects, and quantity surveyors
Keep ahead of industry trends and present innovative technical solutions tailored to client needs
Handle customer technical inquiries and manage a robust project database to identify future sales pipelines
Deliver accurate technical calculations and product presentations to design professionals
Collaborate closely with internal teams to track project progress from design stages through to procurement
Requirements
Academic background in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Experience in sales or technical presentation roles within the building materials or construction sectors
Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently present technical data to design professionals
Driven, resourceful, and eager to master technical product knowledge and market trends
