Job Description

As our Design & Build Project Consultant, you will be the single point of contact for clients from the first inquiry through site visit, design coordination, concept presentation, pricing, and conversion into construction. You will shape the client experience and help bring bespoke luxury homes and commercial projects to life. This is a high-visibility role with real impact and career growth potential.

Job Responsibility

  • Respond to new leads, conduct the initial consultation to understand client requirements, budget, scope, and timelines, and arrange the site visit
  • Attend site visits with clients to capture site conditions, measurements, access constraints, and other critical observations required for accurate design development
  • Convert client discussions and site data into a clear design brief and coordinate with the design team
  • Conduct physical meetings to present the design concept, explain key features, manage client feedback, and successfully convert the client into the design stage
  • Coordinate pricing information with the estimation team, clearly explain costs and inclusions to the client, address concerns, and convert from design approval to construction contract execution
  • Act as the sole point of contact for the client throughout the entire process, ensuring consistent communication, strong client relationships, and seamless coordination between internal teams

Requirements

  • A diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related construction discipline
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in residential construction or design-and-build environments with hands-on exposure to client coordination, site visits, and consultant engagement
  • Ability to conduct site measurements, including level checks using an auto level, and a practical understanding of reading basic architectural and construction drawings
  • Basic understanding of design development processes and construction pricing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • High level of ownership, attention to detail, time management, and a client-focused mindset
