Job Description:

Join a pioneering manufacturer renowned for creating the world's best-selling unbreakable commercial vehicle mirrors, designed for unmatched durability and lens breakage assurance.

Job Responsibility:

Leading design projects from concept through to production, ensuring optimal functionality and aesthetics
Developing and implementing quality assurance protocols to maintain product excellence
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and resolve design and quality issues
Conducting rigorous testing and analysis to validate product performance and reliability
Utilising CAD software for design modifications and improvements
Preparing detailed documentation and reports for design reviews and quality assessments
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field
Proven experience in a design and quality engineering role, ideally in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.)
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
