Job Description

As a Design and Customer Experience Consultant, you are at the heart of our new concept. This is not a traditional store, but a true "design hub" where clients' ideas come to life. You are not there to simply "show products," but to provide cutting-edge expertise and personalized VIP service to a discerning clientele. Location: Little Italy Salary: Starting at $70k (based on experience) + commissions Schedule: Monday to Friday Contract: Permanent Mode: 100% on-site

Job Responsibility

  • Project Support: Guide clients through collections of marble, porcelain, and ceramics, as well as partner products (furniture, faucets)
  • Technical Expertise: Advise on materials adapted to Quebec standards (slip resistance, humidity, etc.)
  • Sales Management: Order entry, quotes, and follow-up
  • Experience Management: Provide a high-end customer journey, from the initial meeting to the final selection
  • Design Trend Monitoring: Master supplier catalogs and global interior design trends.

Requirements

  • Passion for Design: You have an eye for aesthetics and understand the mid-to-high-end market
  • Expertise: Previous experience in selling ceramics or noble materials is strongly desired for this specific role
  • Attitude: High degree of autonomy, resourcefulness, and the ability to build long-term relationships of trust with clients
  • Languages: Bilingualism is essential to serve a diverse clientele based outside of Quebec.
