  • Architect and document fusion solutions: block diagrams, data flows, latency/bandwidth budgets, timing, and synchronization
  • Design, prototype, and evaluate fusion algorithms (track association, data association, state estimation, sensor registration, bias estimation, confidence/uncertainty quantification)
  • Develop simulations, test plans, and lead lab/field verification, validation, and performance characterization

  • Produce concise technical documentation for design decisions, validation results, and safety/compliance artifacts
  • Communicate results, tradeoffs, and operational suitability to leadership, customers, and industry partners
  • support user demonstrations
  • Own algorithm lifecycle: requirements → design → prototyping → verification → optimization → deployment → maintenance
  • Take ownership of assigned capabilities and features and delivers end-to-end
  • Communicate tradeoffs and recommended paths forward to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactively document decisions and contribute to reusable patterns and standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
