Job Responsibility
Deliver warm and welcoming experience, greeting customers, offering refreshments, and guiding them through the showroom
Understand each customer's needs, offering thoughtful advice on gifting, styling, furniture, kitchens, and materials
Handle sales and enquiries confidently, processing orders, preparing quotations, and liaising with suppliers
Promote whole-home philosophy and kitchen design service in a natural, consultative way
Provide excellent customer care, resolving enquiries or concerns with professionalism and attention to detail
Maintain beautiful showroom standards, ensuring visual merchandising and presentation reflect quality and craftsmanship
Support local marketing and events, including social media activity, appointment coordination, and customer follow-ups
