Job Description:

The role involves supervising day-to-day BAU operational processes on global market products, ensuring accurate transactions processing and documentation, compliance with local regulations and group standards, providing first-class client services, and driving digital transformation to optimize processes.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise day to day BAU operational process on global market products with focus on covering broader Foreign Exchange and Derivatives including but not limited to Rates, Equities, Commodities & Futures, Structured Investment and Central Clearing & Settlement
Ensure all transactions undertaken are processed, properly documented, accurately recorded, checked and settled in accordance with local regulations and group guidelines, policies and standards
Assess impact and partner with various stakeholders for system testing and change of any process to secure a robust operational control environment
Assist Operations managers to build operational procedures in line with group standard and local regulations
Provide client services on business queries relating to operation processes and ensure first-class service
Drive digital transformation for reducing or eliminating manual processes to achieve process optimizations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
Related experience and responsibility in Banking
Capability of coaching and motivation and set a good example for the working group
Superior problem solving and resolution skills
Detail oriented with a demonstrated ability for accuracy
Good command of English skills and interpersonal communication skills
Strong MS PC skills
GPAD covered worker
Certificates required prior to employment: Internal Control and Audit, Financial Market Knowledge and Ethics
Minimum of 12 hours per year in derivative product education and training courses
