An opportunity to be part of a brand new service: PIPS are developing a brand new service in Bedale, supporting an individual in their own home. We are in the process of developing a transition plan for an individual to move back to North Yorkshire. This is a great opportunity to be part of developing this new package of support. Becoming a deputy team manager with PIPS allows you to lead the team delivering great support and improve their quality of life.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the team delivering great support and improve their quality of life
  • Work directly supporting individuals
  • Develop PBS plans
  • Provide good role modelling for the team
  • Provide support and guidance to staff
  • Provide leadership to support workers to provide high quality person centred support
