As the Deputy Team Leader, you will support the Team Leader in overseeing daily operations, ensuring guest expectations are exceeded, and maintaining high standards across both front-of-house and back-of-house areas. You will play a key role in leading the team, driving performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day service.

  • Previous supervisory or assistant managerial experience within a similar setting
