As the Deputy Team Leader, you will support the Team Leader in overseeing daily operations, ensuring guest expectations are exceeded, and maintaining high standards across both front-of-house and back-of-house areas. You will play a key role in leading the team, driving performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day service.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to support, motivate, and guide a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, with confidence in handling customer concerns and feedback
  • Ability to assist in executing marketing initiatives to boost Forbici's visibility and sales
  • Previous supervisory or assistant managerial experience within a similar setting
