Support Worker: Wolverhampton. Rate: £12.80 per hour. Hours: Part Time (30 hours). Training: Full training + NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care. Sponsorship: Not available. You will be working in a registered care home, as part of a fantastic team supporting 13 people on site across 3 bungalows and an activities building. From making a cuppa and having a boogie at a disco, you will be supporting with them with finding their place in community. The people we support do have high care needs so personal care, and supporting people with their personalised eating and drinking plans will be an essential part of the role. We support people to have their own goals to shoot for and milestones to reach – big or small. Your role will involve promoting independence and building meaningful connections. You will be available to work a variety of shifts, some mornings, evenings and alternate weekends.
