Gillespie Recruitment is thrilled to partner with a leading luxury food emporium, supplying fresh wholesale produce to London’s top restaurants is one area of their business. In addition, our clients in-house products are created by Michelin star-trained staff and their Sushi range is simply world class! As part of their expansion, they’re recruiting a Deputy Store Manager, to join their dynamic team!

Job Responsibility

  • Support the day-to-day operational running of the business
  • Responsible for achieving all targets, budgets and KIP’s set
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience to every customer
  • Ensure that the store reflects a world-class shopping facility

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a luxury food environment
  • A passion for delivering a world-class service
  • A ‘hands on’ approach to working and be able to use own initiative
  • A positive, approachable and professional attitude and demeanour
  • Possess a good level of computer literacy
  • Work well as part of a team and independently in a busy environment
  • Possess a positive approach to learning, and development
  • Also, be familiar with key aspects of retail management, including health and safety, training, and stock control
