Job Description

TCFM are seeking a Deputy Site Manager to support our soft services operation at a busy Distribution Centre. You will be responsible for supporting the effective delivery of FM services on-site, ensuring operational excellence and maintaining strong relationships with the customer.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the delivery of facilities management services in accordance with the site service charter, SLA and internal FM strategy
  • Support onsite FM projects as agreed with the Project Team
  • Act as a main point of contact between the customer and service providers day-to-day
  • Support with the monitoring and reporting on service level agreements and performance indicators
  • Help to ensure supply partners deliver consistent service and excellent customer interactions
  • Support with the tracking of financial performance, ensuring delivery within budget and service requirements
  • Support on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
  • Support all compliance, audits and statutory obligations to maintain full legal status
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded
  • Support colleague relations in line with HR policy, promoting fairness and inclusion
  • Recruit, induct and train colleagues to ensure high standards and competence
  • Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and COSHH policies at all times
  • Respond to urgent issues or incidents swiftly and effectively
  • Provide positive management, coaching others to meet objectives and maintain standards
  • Share best practice, encourage collaboration and celebrate success within the team
  • Communicate effectively at all levels, adapting style to suit audience needs
  • Support change initiatives with resilience and a proactive mindset
  • Act as the local H&S lead on site, promoting a strong safety culture

  • Support investigations by gathering facts, photos, statements, and evidence
  • Track and follow up corrective actions to closure
  • Support delivery and verification of H&S training and toolbox talks
  • Challenge unsafe behaviours and reinforce safe working practices
  • Act as the link between site teams and the central QHSE function
  • Support audits, client visits, and compliance reviews
