As part of our charity retail team, you’ll play a key role in generating vital income that helps us support nearly 5,000 people across Somerset every year.
Job Responsibility
Supervising, supporting, and motivating staff and volunteers on shift
Delivering warm, friendly, and engaging customer service
Helping to train, induct, and develop team members
Creating eye-catching merchandising and beautiful displays to bring the store to life
Managing till and cash-handling procedures
Assisting with staff and volunteer rotas
Sorting, lifting, and carrying donated goods
Requirements
Experience in a supervisory role, ideally within the Retail industry
Demonstrable excellent communication skills and the high standards of customer service
An understanding and awareness of how to successfully motivate and engage a team, working collectively to provide outstanding customer service and driving sales within your own shop
