Start Date: 1st September 2026 Contract duration: Permanent, Full time Working time: Term time plus 3 weeks – 41 working weeks in total St Gregory’s Catholic High School is seeking to appoint a committed, organised and highly motivated Deputy SENDCo to support the leadership and coordination of SEND provision across our high school. This is a non-teaching support staff role that will work closely with the SENDCo, another Deputy SENDCo, pastoral leaders, teaching staff, families and external agencies to ensure that pupils with additional needs receive high-quality support and achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the SEND department, including coordinating EHCP reviews, managing and monitoring SEND documentation, overseeing exam access arrangements, supporting pupil tracking and interventions, and liaising with parents and external professionals. They will also contribute strategically to the development of inclusive practice across the school and support staff in implementing effective provision for pupils with SEND.
