Job Responsibility:

  • Leading and developing a team of retail colleagues in the absence of the Shop Manager
  • Delivering the highest possible retail standards and excellent customer service
  • Becoming an expert in betting and making sure customers enjoy products and services responsibly
  • Ensuring all customers are betting within their means and that the 'Think 25' policy is always followed

Requirements:

  • Be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Previous management experience would be beneficial
  • Ability to build credible relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to engage all customers
  • A passion for sports, betting and gaming is beneficial but not essential
  • An eagerness to learn, develop and flourish within the Betfred family
