Job Responsibility

Supporting the Regional Hospital Manager in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality care while meeting financial and operational targets
Play a key role in strategic planning, operational oversight, people management, and clinical governance
Deputise for the Regional Hospital Manager during periods of absence and hold delegated authority to make decisions on their behalf, ensuring continuity of leadership
Act as a senior partner in shaping service delivery, driving performance, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement
