The Deputy Program Manager will serve three key functions to ensure quality and continuity of service to the government on the ARCTICS contract: 1). main management interface between TDXi and contractor CEATI for the YETI threat systems, 2). primary individual responsible for ensuring all elements of reporting (Monthly Progress, Status, and Management Report - MPSMR), as required by the Performance Work Statement, are accomplished and delivered in timely fashion, and 3). perform as acting Program Manager during absences of the designated Program Manager.
Job Responsibility:
Acts as management interface between TDXi and contractor CEATI for the YETI threat systems
Be primary individual responsible for ensuring all elements of reporting (Monthly Progress, Status, and Management Report - MPSMR), as required by the Performance Work Statement, are accomplished and delivered in timely fashion
Perform as acting Program Manager during absences of the designated Program Manager
Interface with Government representatives for all contract issues as assigned, including scheduling, planning, and project coordination
Attend meetings, conferences, and maintain direct coordination with the MAJCOM CORs
Implement, effectively manage, and enforce safety practices, and ensure adherence to all government directives
Perform as JPARC Training Range technical expert for all technical reviews, working groups and user groups as directed by PACAF
Provide interface with the client for each assigned program
Responsible for assisting with and preparing proposals before submission to the government
Accomplish supervisory duties for all assigned mid-level managers as assigned
Assist in the recruitment, screening, and hiring of TDXi employees
Conduct and author annual performance appraisals for assigned employees
Implement and oversee Employee Recognition Program for TDXi employees recognizing outstanding performance with Quarterly and Annual awards
Ensure compliance with TDX Quality Control and Safety Programs
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Undergraduate Degree required
Minimum of ten (10) years of verifiable military leadership experience
US Citizen
Secret Clearance is required
Passport required
Applicants must have a valid state driver’s license
MANDATORY: Subject Matter Expertise in a Military Discipline related to combat training
Ability to speak, read, and write English
Nice to have:
Master’s degree - highly desired
Government Contract and Project Management experience - highly desired
