Job Description

We're delighted to share an exciting opportunity for an experienced and compassionate clinical leader to join Care Fertility as a Deputy Nursing and Clinical Professionals Manager at our London clinic. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse or Midwife looking to take the next step in their leadership career while remaining actively involved in patient care. Working closely with the Nursing and Clinical Professionals Manager, you'll help lead and develop our nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety and service delivery.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the leadership, development and wellbeing of the nursing team
  • Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, appraisals and performance management
  • Delivering high-quality clinical care and supporting patients throughout their treatment journey
  • Supporting theatre, procedure room and recovery services
  • Contributing to workforce planning, rota management and safe staffing
  • Supporting clinical governance, audits, quality improvement and regulatory compliance
  • Mentoring and developing colleagues to enhance clinical practice and patient experience
  • Ensuring compliance with HFEA, CQC, NMC and organisational standards

Requirements

  • Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development
  • Significant post-registration clinical experience
  • Leadership or people management experience within a healthcare setting
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Nice to have

Experience in fertility is preferred
