For every child that comes through the doors of RAFAKidz, no matter their ability, background or circumstances, we provide experiences that will help them be confident and reach their full potential.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely with the Nursery Manager to strengthen and grow the quality of care and the team
  • cover the Nursery Manager role from time to time (holidays etc)

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Early Years
  • appropriate qualifications
  • previous experience in a deputy or management role
  • confident undertaking additional responsibilities to cover the Nursery Manager role from time to time
