Requirements Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher). Experience: Previous experience in a leadership or senior role within a nursery setting is highly preferred. Specialism: Experience or a strong interest in SENCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) duties is an advantage.
