Deputy Nursery Manager

• Lead and mentor the nursery team to deliver high-quality early years education with pride and energy
• Support the Nursery Manager in overseeing all aspects of nursery operations, ensuring consistency and quality
• Act as a role model, fostering an environment of initiative, creativity, and high standards of care
• Build strong partnerships with families, colleagues, and external agencies to promote collaboration and excellent outcomes for children
• Monitor and guide the team’s implementation of the EYFS framework, ensuring engaging and nurturing learning opportunities
• Take responsibility for the nursery in the Nursery Manager’s absence, ensuring smooth operations
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, providing constructive feedback and supporting professional development within your team
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that respects the unique needs of every child
