Job Description:

We’re looking for a dynamic Deputy News Editor who can build on the East Anglian Daily Times and Ipswich Star's online growth, while also ensuring our thousands of print readers get the rich storytelling they deserve in their daily paper. You’ll work with a team of journalists in our newsroom in Ipswich, Suffolk, to get the most out of their stories.

Job Responsibility:

  • work alongside newsdesk editors motivating, mentoring and developing reporting team
  • help run day-to-day news agenda, planning, investigations and campaigns
