Job Description:

Drive financial growth in Wealth Management, Retail Broking & Investment Banking verticals. Maximize synergies between the company and the Parent Company, engaging with relevant stakeholders. Design financial strategies and structure offerings efficiently. Strengthen the ECM (Equity Capital Markets) platform’s domestic and international presence among corporate clients. Manage key capital market transactions: IPOs, FPOs, Rights Issues, FCCBs, Open Offers, Delisting, Disinvestment, and Buybacks. Build and maintain strong institutional and banking system relationships within the ECM space. Enhance the company’s market position in Wealth, Retail, and Equity Capital Markets.

Job Responsibility:

Drive financial growth in Wealth Management, Retail Broking & Investment Banking verticals
Maximize synergies between the company and the Parent Company, engaging with relevant stakeholders
Design financial strategies and structure offerings efficiently
Strengthen the ECM (Equity Capital Markets) platform’s domestic and international presence among corporate clients

Requirements:

Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
Deep knowledge of Wealth Management, including Retail Broking, Mutual Funds, and other retail investment products
In-depth understanding of the ECM segment and capital markets in India and globally
Proven ability to build long-term relationships and drive business growth
Innovative problem-solving skills
Capacity to work independently and in cross-functional teams
Up-to-date understanding of SEBI and Stock Exchange regulations
Proven track record in leading projects and managing large teams
Experience in sourcing, training, and developing talent
