Job Description:

Deputy Market Sales & Customer Experience Manager for Queensland Market, leading and supporting both IKEA Logan and North Lakes units to achieve sales, profitability, growth targets and provide rewarding customer experience

Job Responsibility:

Lead the customer & selling assignment and unit strategy
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Selling and Customer team
Collaborating with the commercial team to translate commercial action plans to operational goals
Secure that local market, customer, consumer and competitor insights are used to identify local market potential
Monitor individual and team performance to achieve goals and objectives

Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years' experience in leadership or management within commercial functions
Proven effective business acumen, people management skills and thorough understanding of profit and loss
Proven experience to implement plans into reality and make things happen
Successful skills in problem solving, conflict management and people development
Skilled in making commercial decisions based on market data
Experience of Omnichannel customer experience

Nice to have:

An experienced retail leader with extensive commercial knowledge and entrepreneurial mindset
A data-driven professional with strong ability to incorporate figures, results, and facts into presentations
Strategically and operationally skilled in recognising and capitalising on commercial opportunities
