Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the customer & selling assignment and unit strategy and be accountable for its performance
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Selling and Customer team, with a customer focused culture, to achieve planned sales, profitability, growth targets and provide a rewarding customer experience
  • Collaborating with the commercial team to translate commercial action plans to operational goals and priorities, to address challenges, control budgets and people planning, providing support and guidance to co-workers
  • Secure that local market, customer, consumer and competitor insights are used to identify local market potential and continuously improve sales performance and omnichannel customer experience
  • Monitor individual and team performance to achieve goals and objectives, identifying and implementing corrective action where necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in leadership or management within commercial functions
  • Proven effective business acumen, people management skills and a thorough understanding of profit and loss
  • Proven experience to implement plans into reality and make things happen
  • Successful skills in problem solving, conflict management and people development
  • Skilled in making commercial decisions based on market data
  • Experience of Omnichannel customer experience
