Job Responsibility:
Deliver mind blowing KPI’s by driving sales and service on the shopfloor
Use all the data available to propose action to maximise an outstanding store performance
Ensure the retail team has expert knowledge to provide support and guidance, creating an experience in store
Empower, support and develop your colleagues, and be confident and professional when involved in managing any challenging situations
WOW your customers with the beautiful VM in store, make our gorgeous collections the stars of the show
Understand what the objectives are and how to deliver them, delegate effectively, take steps to ensure the store is running smoothly and safely
