Job Responsibility:
Supporting the Registered Manager in operational leadership, staff supervision, compliance with CQC regulations, and enhancing resident experience while promoting a whole-home approach
Motivating staff, de-escalating situations, and fostering a positive, inclusive culture
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 or 5 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to achieve)
Experience in a senior or supervisory role within a care or nursing home
Solid knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and person-centred care
Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Flexibility for variable shifts, including early/late patterns and weekend work (e.g., 1-2 days biweekly)
