Job Responsibility:
Working alongside the Pub Manager helping to lead the team and run our busy pub
Managing busy services
Planning and running special events
Welcoming and looking after customers
Helping to train and lead our bar/waiting team
Deciding what beers, gins and wines we offer and how our events should be run
Requirements:
Experience as a deputy manager or restaurant manager within a gastro pub, restaurant, bar, hotel or elsewhere in the hospitality sector
