As we’ve expanded and grown, we’ve identified the need for dedicated, experienced Deputy Managers. You’ll be supporting the Registered Managers to oversee their allocated locations and working closely alongside the Support Teams to provide care to our supported individuals, setting exemplary standards of care and helping to drive our Core Values – Commitment, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Support the Registered Managers to oversee their allocated locations
Work closely alongside the Support Teams to provide care to our supported individuals
Set exemplary standards of care and help to drive our Core Values – Commitment, Accountability, Respect and Excellence
Draft rosters
Maintain and monitor paperwork ready for audit
Play a key role in the review and drafting of support plans, risk assessments and other key documents regarding the people we support
Assist in the line management of Support Workers and other team members
Conduct supervisions, return to works, and light investigatory duties
Requirements:
QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care as a minimum
High levels of experience working within the care sector
Experience preferably within Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, and Challenging Behaviour
Confident communicator
Able to lead and motivate your team
Show flexibility and creativity
Caring, passionate, organised and fair
Nice to have:
Possibility or ability to work towards the Level 5 qualification
