What you'll be doing: * Supporting the Registered Manager in the daily operation of two children's homes, ensuring safety, stability, and high-quality care. * Overseeing staffing rotas, deployment, and workforce resilience across both homes. * Leading supervision sessions, fostering reflective and developmental practice. * Monitoring care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour support plans to ensure they are current and child-centred. * Contributing to audits, quality assurance, and inspection readiness. * Supporting recruitment, induction, and ongoing staff development. * Taking responsibility for the homes in the absence of the Registered Manager. * Participating in the on-call rota.
