Job Responsibility
Provide clear leadership and motivation to individuals and teams in developing best practice in person centred support and delivery
evidence a person-centred approach to the people we support to achieve their agreed outcomes
report to Registered Locality Manager for operational activity within Hartlepool area
ensure regulatory and contractual compliance requirements in allocated services are met and exceeded
drive continued development and delivery of cost-effective, innovative and truly person-centred support
Requirements
Proven management experience in health, social services or independent sector including experience of people, financials and budget management
working knowledge of legislation and standards affecting the development and delivery of services
full driving license essential
enhanced DBS required
NVQ Level 4 or willingness to undertake
flexible approach
willingness to travel between services and attend organisational events which may require overnight stay
