Job Description

Design, develop, and implement training programs for employees at all levels Identify training needs and develop an onboarding plan for all employees Implement comprehensive safety training programs to adhere to industry regulations and reduce workplace hazards. Regularly update training content to reflect changes in safety standards and operational procedures. Conduct regular evaluations to determine training priorities based on operational needs and employee performance Develop OJT process and timelines in collaboration with Operations team Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training content Collaborate with department heads and supervisors to identify skill gaps and training requirements Drive Skill Matrix & Competency Mapping Develop and implement training policies and procedures Foster a culture of continuous learning and development Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps Maintain and manage training related MIS Manage various audits

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across departments
  • Education: (a) 1 st Priority NTTF Diploma/ (Mechanical/ Industrial/ Production, etc.) (b) 2 nd Priority B.E / (Mechanical/ Industrial/ Production, etc.)
  • Experience: 13 to 18 Years
  • Preferably: Background of Shopfloor/Production/ Maintenance/Machine Shop
