Job Description:

The TM Services Asst Analayst, will support Talent Management processes across PepsiCo. In this role, you would be responsible for the day to day operational & service management activities of Core People process, including efficient and effective triage, query resolution, system management, data analytics, status tracking, process mapping and desktop procedures. The role acts as an SME in of Core People process providing excellent employee experience and high levels of customer satisfaction ensuring compliance with SLA’s/ KPI’s, troubleshoot issues and address inquiries from employees, managers and HR professionals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Be part of a team servicing Talent Management processes inclusive of Performance Management, Growth & Development and Opportunity Marketplace
  • Acting as a Superuser and gatekeeper for our Talent Management Systems (mainly Successafectors/ SAP)
  • Service and operational management of PepsiCo’s Performance Management Process, Growth & Development, Opportunity Marketpalce, Talent data analytics, Translations management
  • Acting as first point of contact, Triaging, providing query resolution, analytical support & advice to support process deliverables
  • Updating and mainting the information in our content management system
  • Partnering with the wider HR Operations and services team to understand employee data flow, from point of entry through to talent management process completion
  • Follow and update desktop procedures that outline processes in support Core people process and team performance framework (SLA’s & KPI’s)
  • Deliver high-quality support in an efficient, timely manner that satisfies established SLAs
  • Operational reporting, integrating information from various systems to support our end to end process excellence
  • Gather and Analyze data using advanced reporting (e.g. dynamic dashboards) to help inform strategic decisions

Requirements:

  • Experience of 5-7 years
  • Experience of working in Service delivery or GCC roles
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a related field
  • Experience of Talent Management systems/ cloud applications ( ideally SuccessFactors/ SAP)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels and different cultures
  • Effective problem-solving skills and an ability to proactively identify risks and associated solutions
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to inform and educate employees, managers and HR professionals using different channels
  • High degree of initiative, a strong work ethic and an ability to pay attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate a complex,matrixed and virtual environment
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large/ complex data sets – experience with PowerBi would be desirable
  • Strong sense of ownership, systematic troubleshooting and ability to follow through tasks to completion
  • The ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities with the flexibility to meet the demands of the team when needed
