Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles across the manufacturing plant
Execute hiring strategies aligned with business and manpower requirements
Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and position approvals
Plan and conduct campus recruitment programs at technical institutes and colleges
Organize local hiring drives for shop-floor workforce requirements
Manage relationships with recruitment vendors, manpower contractors, and staffing agencies
Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements
Support annual and quarterly manpower planning aligned with plant expansion and production requirements
