We are seeking a skilled Storage and Backup professional with experience in cloud-based and on‑premise environments. The individual will be responsible for administering, optimising, securing, and supporting enterprise storage and backup platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and strong data protection across the organisation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of NetApp ONTAP, Amazon FSx, and other cloud storage solutions
  • Manage Commvault CommServe and Media Agents, ensuring reliable backup operations
  • Optimise the performance, scalability, and reliability of storage systems by applying best practices and fine‑tuning configurations
  • Implement and manage data protection solutions, including snapshots, backups, and disaster recovery strategies using Commvault and Azure/AWS Backup services
  • Monitor storage infrastructure for performance concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with security and governance requirements, including encryption and access controls
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in IT, development, and operations to support storage‑related projects and initiatives
  • Maintain comprehensive and up‑to‑date documentation of configurations, procedures, and best practices

Requirements:

  • Experienced in managing cloud storage solutions, ideally with 5–6 years of hands‑on expertise
  • Skilled in NetApp Storage technologies and related product suites
  • Knowledgeable in Commvault backup administration
  • Capable of troubleshooting performance concerns and resolving incidents independently
  • Experienced in implementing data protection, backup, and disaster recovery solutions
  • Able to work collaboratively across teams and communicate clearly
