Deputy Manager - Scrum Master

• Guide teams and the organisation in Agile/Scrum practices to enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain sprint velocity and monitor team utilisation
• Facilitate business analysis processes and promote self-organisation
• Identify and remove impediments or guide teams to do so
• Create a safe and trusting environment for open communication and problem-solving
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution
• Improve internal and external communication and transparency
• Manage stakeholder expectations and delivery improvements
• Respond proactively to risks and issues
• Drive process improvements across the team

• 6–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in BI projects and international teams
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, XP, Kanban, and others
• Skilled in servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement
• Proficient in JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, innovative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure

SAFe certification is a plus
