Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant to join our Record-to-Report (RTR) team as Deputy Manager. This role involves managing month-end close activities, financial reporting, variance analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations. You will ensure compliance with IFRS standards, support audits, and contribute to automation initiatives, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across global markets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute month-end accounting and reporting activities within agreed timelines
  • Ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs for accuracy and timeliness
  • Support automation projects and implementation of new tools and applications
  • Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring zero non-compliance or adverse remarks
  • Maintain compliance with Vodafone and IFRS standards for all reporting requirements
  • Build and sustain professional relationships with stakeholders, including overseas clients

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant with 3–5 years of experience in shared services
  • Strong knowledge of accounting policies, IFRS, and financial management for large entities
  • Proficient in SAP and advanced Excel
  • Experienced in handling overseas clients, particularly European markets
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality results
