Requirements

Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Team Leader in a children's home
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
Knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding policies, and children's residential care legislation
Experience working with young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD)
Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification
Passion, resilience, and a strong desire to make a difference in young people's lives
Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including some evenings and weekends
